Welcome to BIS

Enrolment MSc and BSc courses and studios Spring semester 2025-2026

Dear student,

Soon it will be time again to enrol for the BSc and/or MSc courses and studios offered in the Autumn semester of academic year 2026-2027 (Q1 and Q2). Course enrolment takes place twice a year during designated periods. You are responsible for planning your own course of study. 

When? Monday 11 May 5:00 pm to Friday 22 May 11:59 pm

How? Enrolling for courses is done through this system on the "enrolment" tab.

  • Enrolment is mandatory for participation in all Bachelor (1, 2, 3) and Master years. Use the BIS (Bouwkunde Enrolment System). Don’t have an active NetID? You can temporarily log in with a guest account.
     
  • After 22 May it is no longer possible to enrol or make any changes (see also the TER, Article 1.17, section 6). You can only unenrol via BIS. 


No enrolment = no participation in the course.

 

Avoid scheduling conflicts

To prevent time table clashes, always check the dates and times of the courses you want to take. You can find this information in:

  • the study guide (under the draft schedule)
  • MyTimetable, where the draft schedule is available online from 1 May
     

Missed the deadline?

Do you have a valid reason? Email us before 1 June at enrolment-bk@tudelft.nl with your explanation and supporting documents. If approved, we will enrol you in the required courses.
 

Unenrolling from courses

  • Decided not to participate after all? Please unenrol via BIS as soon as possible, so your place becomes available for another student.
    Having trouble with enrolment? Email us at enrolment-bk@tudelft.nl.
  • Not showing up without a valid reason? We will register your absence and contact you.


Why is unenrolling important?

  • It helps with creating accurate timetables and group allocations.
  • It prevents unnecessary deployment of teaching staff and half-filled groups.

 

Please note - Exams

  • Enrolling in a course does not mean you are automatically registered for the exam!
  • Register separately via My.TUDelft.nl or the MyTUDelft app.
